Absolutely a disappointment! Let me start by saying the host was fast and easy to communicate with, but each day I was there something was always wrong with the house. Starting with the AC, it wouldn’t go down from 82 degrees imagine that with 23 people in it. The garage disposal didn’t work, and I was never able to get the jacuzzi to warm up. I communicated all of this to the host which she did send maintenance over, within about 2 hours. He brought the AC down , he was able to get the garage disposal to work, and he changed the filter to the jacuzzi by this time it was dark out, can’t use the jacuzzi and no need for the disposal anymore, hey but the ac works. At 2:30am I get a knock from my cousin where she has a 2 month and a 2 year old with her and the ceiling is leaking, water everywhere on the floor and on her bed.I take a picture to send it to the host, the WiFi is down and ofc I have no service. I was able to inform the host at 4am finally the WiFi was back up. And her response was “please put a pot underneath and I will send maintenance over in the morning sorry for the inconvenience.” And nothing else at all, not even when i texted her I had officially checked out and that I did everything she asked me to do. It’s so UPSETTING bc I paid OVER 2500 and had so many issues and I was not able to enjoy some of the things I booked for. I at-least expected a parcial refund and an apology but I got nothing at all not even a thanks for booking. Horrible experience!

We lost running water multiple times during our stay, leaving us unable to use the bathrooms or do simple daily tasks. Even after contacting the host several times, the issue was never resolved permanently. We had seniors and kids.This cabin is not livable and ruined our vacation – avoid this rental.

Positive: Location is good. The house is big and spacious. Good communication with owner Negative: The house was dusty especially the floor and the sheets. The rooms are warm. The ceiling was leaking. The washer and dryer were very old and outdated
