Tranquil Riverfront Studio

I apologize in advance for all the superlatives, but this property is just that amazing! Positive: An incredibly cozy and beautiful place! The air is fresh, the nature is stunning, and even the road leading to the property and the surrounding grounds are gorgeous. The host provided clear, comprehensive instructions for check-in, check-out, and the overall stay. Everything was perfectly organized. The house is exceptionally well-designed. Every little detail has been thought through: from the abundance and placement of power outlets to the coffee provided and even the airflow direction from the AC/heater. It is remarkably quiet and peaceful here. Negative: The only downside was that we had so little time there—only 2 nights and 2 mornings! :)

It was great Positive: Location and functionality Negative: Loud neighbors while we were there, some of the tile could use some tlc, found some broken ones but not too bad. Water pressure is good for shower but bad for dishes. Just needs some more love that’s all.

Negative: After I paid the full amount, I got the message that I should take care of closing the doors, keep the lights off outside due to bugs - ok that's standard. Couple of hours later - I got the message that it's rattlesnake season and that I should take care when walking around the property, since it's located in the critical area. I requested a refund and cancellation but that was declined. If you want to have nice holidays - avoid!

Hello, My little family and I stayed for 3 nights , the kitchen was fully equipped, everything was clean, wifi and TV with netflix/disney plus included. Beautiful morning views and perfect if you want to go to Sequoia. We loved it!

Beautiful place. We locked ourselves out and someone was there quickly to get us back in. Positive: Very pretty decor. Clean. Negative: Hard to find. Not well marked. Three properties together and it was difficult to find which one was ours in the dark.
