Tranquil Riverfront Studio

A comfortable and clean cabin in the nature Positive: It was a clean and nicely decorated cabin with a decent kitchen. It's right in the nature. We even saw a few deers in the evening from the patio. There is a nice stream just a couple minutes walk away. The cabin has a large screen TV with Netflix, Youtube etc, which made our kids very happy. There were even some board and card games for entertainment. The bathroom was nice and clean. We used the kitchen to prepare breakfast. The village market is just a few miles away. The entrance to the property is really easy with an electronic lock with code. The host was kind enough to cool the cabin before we arrived, since it was a really hot day. Unfortunately I couldn't see the messages our host sent us timely, since my phone did not notify me (just an application permission setting on my phone), so I may have missed some of his/her requests. Our kids easily scored here as the best accomodation we used during our trip in the USA. If you plan to visit the Sequoia National Park and stay in Three Rivers, this place won't disappoint you. Negative: We couldn't find a cutting board or the trays for the oven. We managed somehow. But if you plan to use the kitchen extensively, you may not find everything you expect. This is just nitpicking, not something worth to worry about.

Positive: La ubicación es ideal para ir a Sequoia Park, fue reconfortante estar en medio de la naturaleza Negative: La falta de cuidado en la limpieza; nos encontramos con mucho polvo por todo el lugar, la cortina del baño en mal estado al igual que la alfombrilla. El sofá-cama no tenía la calidad suficiente para tener un buen descanso, se hundía por el centro además de haber encontrado las sábanas con cierta suciedad.

Positive: Close proximity to Sequoia NP entrance. Comfortable bed. Clean throughout. Kitchen well stocked. Owner's representative lived nearby and was very responsive to our requests. Negative: Didn't like bug zapper beside the bed?!? Needs weather stripping around the door to keep bugs out. Had a problem with low water pressure in kitchen. One morning we had no hot water at all. Luckily, problem was resolved during the day when we were gone. It is not entirely accurate to call this a river retreat. The nearby river was 100 yards or more away from the house. Not inviting.

Цена для этой местности очень доступная. Кусачих насекомых не было. Очень понравилось пение разнообразных птиц. Negative: Это не то чтобы минусы, но это те вещи, которые мне были не очевидны при бронировании (или они были нужны, мешали по факту): - кондиционер дует прямо в лицо спящим. Это была пытка. Без него спать невозможно: очень жарко. Совершенно не продумано расположение кондиционера и мебели для сна. Синтетическое постельное белье, очень плохие подушки. - скорее всего уборщица моет полы в уличной обуви: весь пол был в высохших грязных следах. - крыльцо супер грязное и не устроенное, не смогли проводить там время или принимать пищу. Жаль. - Вы не будете в одиночестве, нет никакого privacy. На территории еще несколько домов, вокруг всё заставлено автомобилями. - очень красивые фото, но по факту всё старенькое, потрепанное, плохо работающее, будто сюда свезли всё ненужное, не уютно. Дверь в туалет жутко скрипит. Плитка на полу кое-где выбита. - хозяин или хозяйка постоянно шлет сообщения. Поначалу это казалось вежливостью и гостеприимством, но во время пребывания это очень напрягало и мешало. Всю важную информацию можно было уместить в 1-2 сообщениях. - Здесь очень нужна стиральная машинка. Было бы логично ее установить. Возможно, из-за того, что мы не местные, у нас завышены требования к качеству и чистоте за любые деньги. Дешево - не значит грязно и неряшливо. Но возможно, что тут за эти деньги это было приемлемое качество. Поэтому баллы не снижаю. Просто учтите все эти моменты. Трем женщинам из одной семьи было некомфортно в этом месте: либо для одного, либо для парочки.

I apologize in advance for all the superlatives, but this property is just that amazing! Positive: An incredibly cozy and beautiful place! The air is fresh, the nature is stunning, and even the road leading to the property and the surrounding grounds are gorgeous. The host provided clear, comprehensive instructions for check-in, check-out, and the overall stay. Everything was perfectly organized. The house is exceptionally well-designed. Every little detail has been thought through: from the abundance and placement of power outlets to the coffee provided and even the airflow direction from the AC/heater. It is remarkably quiet and peaceful here. Negative: The only downside was that we had so little time there—only 2 nights and 2 mornings! :)
